哪些原因?qū)е聦?dǎo)致畫冊印刷墨膜縮孔，又有哪些補(bǔ)救措施？縮孔是包裝印刷墨膜因流平不良而出現(xiàn)的故障之一。油墨印刷后，濕墨在流平過程中出現(xiàn)回縮后成了小圓形的裸露出承印物材料或上一道墨層。產(chǎn)生縮孔的主要原因是印刷的濕墨膜上下部分的表面能力不同而導(dǎo)致的，有人對此認(rèn)為一個濕墨膜可以視為是上下雙層的液體墨膜，在成膜過程中，當(dāng)上層濕墨膜的表面張力低于下層濕墨膜的表面能力時(shí)，就發(fā)生縮孔。這是由于潤濕承印物材料的關(guān)系。有時(shí)候在正要發(fā)生此現(xiàn)象時(shí)，濕墨墨膜則又有流動性，就可能會造成二次的縮孔。
