出現(xiàn)水紋狀色不勻的原因是因?yàn)榘及孑伒竦锰睿缓笫褂糜湍扯绕退斐傻闹饕F(xiàn)象。橘皮狀墨色不勻產(chǎn)生的主要原因一是油墨中加入了過量的極性溶劑如丁酮等。二是油墨的黏度過高導(dǎo)致流平性不好，三是壓印膠輥質(zhì)量（膠層顆粒密度不一致），導(dǎo)致印刷時壓印膠輥對印版滾筒的不同部位壓力不均勻。

（1）與制版企業(yè)聯(lián)系，先制作一根測試版對使用的油墨和溶劑按常規(guī)工藝條件進(jìn)行測試。油墨主要測試常用的專色墨，如淺草、綠草、群青、咖啡色、醬色、中藍(lán)、土黃、朱紅等。通過測試找出印版滾筒、油墨、印刷條件的匹配結(jié)果。制版企業(yè)以此為基礎(chǔ)確定適宜的雕版工藝參數(shù)。經(jīng)過此過程制程的凹版在解決實(shí)地專色版印刷不勻上具有較強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)性。

(1) Contact the plate making enterprise and first make a test plate to test the ink and solvent used according to conventional process conditions. Ink mainly tests commonly used spot color inks, such as light grass, green grass, ultramarine, coffee, soy, medium blue, earth yellow, vermilion, etc. Find out the matching results of the printing plate cylinder, ink, and printing conditions through testing.
