①印刷兩次，觀察套印精度，對側(cè)規(guī)拉紙力，進(jìn)紙、壓紙輪、壓紙機(jī)件進(jìn)行檢查調(diào)節(jié)。

① Print twice, observe the overprint accuracy, check and adjust the side gauge paper pulling force, paper feeding, paper pressing wheel and paper pressing machine.

②檢查橡皮布的張力，新的橡皮布容易松弛，注意分次收緊，但也不可過于繃緊。

② Check the tension of the rubber blanket. The new rubber blanket is easy to relax. Pay attention to tighten it in several times, but do not tighten it too much.

③檢查滾筒包襯和印刷壓力。

④查看紙張適性。紙張適性不良，特別是在叼口部位起波浪的紙張，容易發(fā)生重影，故要進(jìn)行檢查。

④ Check the paper suitability. The suitability of the paper is poor, especially the paper with waves at the mouth is easy to duplicate, so it should be checked.

⑤降低油墨的黏度。油墨黏度高，紙張不能順利剝離橡皮布，使紙張的拖梢部分不穩(wěn)定，從而產(chǎn)生重影?？梢赃m當(dāng)降低油墨的黏度。

⑤ Reduce the viscosity of the ink. The ink viscosity is high, and the paper can not peel off the blanket smoothly, which makes the trailing part of the paper unstable, thus producing ghosting. The viscosity of the ink can be appropriately reduced.

⑥叼牙的調(diào)節(jié)。叼牙的調(diào)節(jié)不良和保養(yǎng)不當(dāng)，是造成重影的一大原因。因此應(yīng)定期做好叼牙的調(diào)節(jié)和維護(hù)檢查，使之經(jīng)常保持良好的工作狀態(tài)。

⑥ Adjustment of teeth. The bad adjustment and improper maintenance of the teeth in the mouth are the main reasons for the ghosting. Therefore, the adjustment, maintenance and inspection of the teeth should be done regularly to keep them in good working condition.
