The proofing in the design is not only the process verification, but also the basis of customer confirmation and production samples.

設(shè)計(jì)完之后就是手提袋的印刷了，手提袋的印刷設(shè)計(jì)與一般印刷品不同，專(zhuān)色、滿(mǎn)版較多，用墨量大、顏色鮮艷。所以它的印刷工藝也與其它產(chǎn)品要求有所不同。印刷操作者要特別注意水墨平衡的控制，設(shè)備調(diào)整的狀態(tài)要好，否則容易發(fā)生水墨起杠，顏色的色差問(wèn)題。

印刷完成之后要對(duì)印刷后的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行覆膜，覆膜一般有預(yù)涂和即涂?jī)煞N工藝，近年來(lái)覆膜工藝的性也有了較大的提高。覆膜也對(duì)增加手提袋色彩的濃度、提高產(chǎn)品的防水避污性能有著重要的作用。

After printing, the printed products should be covered with film. Generally, there are two processes of precoating and immediate coating. In recent years, the environmental protection of laminating process has been greatly improved. The film mulching also plays an important role in increasing the color concentration of the bag and improving the waterproof and anti fouling performance of the product.

覆膜完成之后就是對(duì)手提袋的模切加工和糊盒了，其中模切的質(zhì)量直接影響紙袋成型品質(zhì)和手工糊制效率。糊盒主要依賴(lài)于手工完成，是整個(gè)紙袋工藝流程中效率低的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。經(jīng)手工糊制完成的手提紙袋基本已經(jīng)成型，有些手提紙袋還有后一道工序——沖孔、穿繩等作業(yè)，從而完成手提紙袋的成型包裝。
