一、紙張由于原料及制造工藝等原因，在印刷過程中可能會脫粉、掉毛，堆積在橡皮布的表面上，從而影響網(wǎng)點正確傳遞，嚴重時每印1千張左右就得擦洗橡皮布，否則橡皮布上粘滿了脫粉掉毛，印刷出來的產(chǎn)品光澤度明顯下降。有條件的情況下在紙張表面上套印一道白墨和清水，一般應(yīng)多擦洗橡皮布。

1、 Due to the reasons of raw materials and manufacturing process, paper may be dusted and fluffy in the printing process, which will accumulate on the surface of blanket, thus affecting the correct transmission of dot.
