一、紙張由于原料及制造工藝等原因，在印刷過程中可能會(huì)脫粉、掉毛，堆積在橡皮布的表面上，從而影響網(wǎng)點(diǎn)正確傳遞，嚴(yán)重時(shí)每印1千張左右就得擦洗橡皮布，否則橡皮布上粘滿了脫粉掉毛，印刷出來的產(chǎn)品光澤度明顯下降。有條件的情況下在紙張表面上套印一道白墨和清水，一般應(yīng)多擦洗橡皮布。
