一、印刷對包裝箱印刷質(zhì)量的影響。在印刷過程中,光源的強(qiáng)度、光源與印版的距離、曝光時間的長短都會影響印刷質(zhì)量。光源強(qiáng),距離短,曝光時間相對短;光源弱,距離長,曝光時間相對長。在一定的光源和距離下,隨著曝光時間的增加,藥膜在極板可見部分的分解增加,直藥膜表面完全分解。如果曝光時間持續(xù)增加,無光藥膜表面邊緣受到強(qiáng)光輻射的影響,感光藥膜開始逐漸分解,使印刷出來的圖像線條變細(xì),甚斷裂模糊。。另外,不同的車牌所需的曝光時間也不一樣,必須引起人們的注意。
